Anya Pencheva
Anya Pencheva was born in the town of Smolyan. After graduating from high school, she moved to Sofia, where she graduated from the Academy of Theatre and Film in the class of Prof. Sasho Stoyanov. Her first employment as an actor was at the Youth Theater, and in 1987 she joined the troupe of the Ivan Vazov National Theater, where she continues to act to this day. Anya is one of the stars of Bulgarian theatre acting in many successful performances such as "Vesa Zheleznova", "Black Comedy", "Macbeth" and "On Four Ears".
