Dr. Antonina Kardasheva
Dr. Antonina Kardasheva is the Managing Director of the consulting company Smart Strategies Ltd. She is Doctor of psychology, a certified psychologist and psychotherapist, a certified life and business coach - PCD/NMC. Founder and Executive Director of the Foundation for the Development of Emotional Intelligence.
She is the National Coordinator for Bulgaria at the World Society for Emotional Intelligence, New York, (ISEI, http://www.emotionalintelligencesociety.org/boards-committees/). She is a mentor to students studying in the one-year professional certification program in emotional intelligence, third level /highest/, in an accredited program at ISEI.
As a researcher, she standardized, verified and adapted for Bulgaria the method for Emotional Intelligence as a personality trait (TEIQue) and is one of the world's researchers in this field (http://psychometriclab.com/translations-of-teique
Author of methods for research and application of Emotional Intelligence in practice. Co-author of the first Bulgarian KREIS method for studying Emotional Intelligence.
She is a lecturer at several universities in Bulgaria and abroad and conducts trainings in academic communities in Houston, USA, on various topics - "Psychology of Money", "Psychology for Parents", "The Vicious Circle in Childhood".
In her practice, apart from training, psychotherapy, coaching and mentoring in the field of emotional intelligence, Dr. Kardasheva is a certified management consultant (CMS) in the field of human resources, a member of the Board of the Bulgarian Association of Management Consulting Organizations (BAUKO) and the Training and Certification Commission at BAUKO.
In her professional practice, Dr. Kardasheva works as an HR consultant on strategic management, coach on group-dynamic training and the entire spectrum of soft skills, organizational behaviour and change, management of personal emotional investments.
