Margarita Petkova's poetry is characterized by the image of a woman constantly searching for love. "Love speaks without words, then I write it," she shares. In many of her interviews, she admits that what distinguishes her from other authors in Bulgaria is that she always writes about the feelings deep inside her soul. She adds that the endings of her poems are her greatest strength.
Margarita Petkova is also the author of the lyrics of some of the best songs, emblems of the native music scene, such as "The pain on the left" and "Only for women".
