Prof. Dr. Daniela Ilieva is a professional trainer - consultant in Business Etiquette and International Protocol, certified by EUROPROTOCOL - The European School of Protocol (Brussels, Belgium). She is a certified trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching, accredited by the International NLP Association, the American NLP Board, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, as well as the European Consul for Mentoring and Coaching. Her profile includes extensive experience with business etiquette and protocol, business coaching, business communications, business process management, cross-cultural communications, and presentation skills.
An expert in International Tourism and Hotel Management, she has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Marketing, a PhD in Economics (Social Management) and was awarded the academic position of associate professor in Business Process Management and Business Communications, her main academic work being a book on " Mentoring: process, guidelines and programs ("Mentoring: process, guidelines and programs").
She is a lecturer at the Higher School of Insurance and Finance, at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", at UNSS, at the University of Library Science and Information Technology (UNIBIT) and the international faculty of the University of Sheffield.
Her latest book, "Communication ON TIME and IN THE RIGHT PLACE" explores in-depth trends in business communication, verbal, non-verbal, written and digital communication, and reveals a variety of effective techniques.
