Daniela Bobeva is a professor and lecturer in international economics and finance at five universities. Her professional experience is mostly in the banking and financial sector - for 12 years she was director at the Bulgarian National Bank, as well as Vice President of the Black Sea Bank for Trade and Development. She also worked as a consultant at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development - OECD, Paris. In 1997, she was Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Cooperation in the caretaker government and Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Development in the period 2013-2014.
In 2016, she wrote her first personal finance textbook and has since trained over 1,000 students.
