Zdrava Kamenova started her acting training in 1998 in the National Theatre and Art Academy "Krastyo Sarafov", majoring in "Puppet Theater" under Prof. Rumen Rachev in 2002.
In 2004, she won the "Icarus" award for her role in "Carlson and the Lil Brother".
In 2019, she was nominated for the Icarus Award in the category "Best Actress" for her role in "Home for Sheep and Dreams", together with Ana Papadopoulou for Gina Ekdahl in "The Wild Duck" and Iva Todorova for Iva in " It's nice, Iva!". The prize is awarded to Iva Todorova.
From September 2022, she has her own segment in the Nova TV program "Na Kafe".
